# Terms & Refund Policy

By booking a class, consultation, or membership with BTBY | Be The Best You, you agree to these terms.

**Group classes**- Classes are 1 hour, held Monday–Thursday at 5:30 PM at 2219 Highway 39, Suite B, Meridian, MS 39301.- Each class is limited to 25 spots. Registration is required, including for members.- Class payments are non-refundable.

**Wellness consultations (Virtual and In-Home)**- A payment secures your consultation.- Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment: 75% refund (25% admin fee).- Cancel less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.- You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.- If BTBY cancels and you decline a new date, you receive a full refund.- In-home consultations are available in Lauderdale, Kemper, Newton and Clarke counties.

**In-home travel fee** (one-way driving miles from Meridian)- 0–15 miles: included- 16–30 miles: $15- 31–45 miles: $25- 46–60 miles: $40- Over 60 miles: custom quoteYou will be told the travel fee before your appointment is confirmed.

**Memberships**- Memberships (Basic $99.99, Standard $185, Elite $270) are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.- Each plan includes up to 16 classes per billing month. Members still reserve a spot for every class.- To cancel, give at least 24 hours notice before your next billing date by phone, text, email, or through the website.- Membership fees already paid are non-refundable. Your access continues through the end of the paid period.

**Health and safety**All participants must sign the BTBY Liability Waiver before their first class or session. BTBY provides fitness and wellness guidance only, not medical advice.

**Changes**BTBY may update class times, pricing, or these terms. Changes will be posted on this page.
